Böllis® manure – a valuable raw material
The natural lignin layer of the straw is broken by the pelleting process. This not only makes Böllis® highly absorbent, but also turns the manure into a valuable raw material. The broken lignin layer and the short straw fibers ensure better compostability, e.g. on the field, and a higher energy yield in the biogas plant compared to long straw.
Space-saving = cost-saving
With Böllis® you save twice: firstly, Böllis® are extremely economical when it comes to bedding. Compared to long straw, only around a quarter as much material is required – and if you use less bedding, you also have to remove less manure – and if you remove less manure, you have to empty your manure slab less. The higher density of Böllis® manure also keeps your manure heap significantly smaller. Böllis® shrinks your manure heap by up to 80%. This saves space, effort and disposal trips.

Store your manure conveniently and professionally in our Böllis® manure container.
The container meets all the requirements for manure storage and thus replaces the construction of expensive manure slabs. No official approval is required for use.
The container has a roof. This protects the environment from harmful leachate and unpleasant odors. The roof can be opened manually using a hydraulic pump or semi-automatically using a cordless screwdriver. This makes it easy to load the container from above, e.g. using a wheel loader (Weidemann or similar). The roof can also be opened to the left or right. Filling via the two hinged doors at the rear is also possible. A ramp enables easy access with a wheelbarrow. The Böllis® manure container is suitable for storing all types of straw manure.
We take care of setting up and emptying the container and return your manure to the nutrient cycle professionally and sustainably. As a certified nutrient dealer, you will receive an official nutrient certificate from us for your documentation.

What are the dimensions of the container?
The container measures 7 m x 2.34 m x 2.35 m and has a volume of 32 m³.
Can I fill the container with a “Weidemann”?
The container lid can be opened. The stop can be freely selected (right-hand stop / left-hand stop). This means that nothing stands in the way of filling from above with a “Weidemann” or any other wheel loader.
Can I fill the container with a wheelbarrow?
Yes, the container has two hinged doors at the back.
