Special requirements that our Böllis® for cattle and cows meet in full. Various types of bedding, from straw flour and spelt husks to classic straw, are used on farms. However, many of the cattle farmers’ wishes remain unfulfilled. Our Böllis® have proven themselves. Their special feature is their fiber-rich structure, in contrast to conventional straw pellets. Our Böllis® consist of 100 % natural straw, absorb the moisture in the barn and ensure a clean, hygienic and dry barn climate. Dissolving the pellets creates a firm but resilient mattress on which the animals feel comfortable and udders and joints are protected. The cow or cattle can lie down safely on this bedding and get up again safely thanks to the non-slip mattress. Böllis® straw pellets can be used in deep litter barns, deep litter barns and deep litter cubicles as well as in calf barns and igloos. The material and time required for bedding is significantly less than for conventional products. Optimal barn climate

How are Böllis® stored?
Due to their compactness and low bedding requirement, Böllis® can be stored in a very space-saving and uncomplicated manner. Böllis® should be stored away from precipitation so that they retain their pellet shape.

Where and how can the manure produced be recycled?
The manure produced by bedding with Böllis® is particularly valuable. Because the lignin structure in the cell walls is broken down when the straw is pressed, the pellets decompose particularly well in the soil and in the biogas plant and have a particularly high gas yield compared to conventional manure. As an option, we offer a convenient manure container for rent to store the manure.
Böllis® for horses
Our structured straw pellets are the perfect bedding for the horse box. The Böllis® are gentle on the hoof, very economical and practical to use.
Böllis® for pigs
